The Institute of Performing Arts has assembled a 100% Volunteer based board of professionals as advisers, educators and consultants to this prestigious project.
Institute's Creator/Founder - Bill Carroll
Founder and Volunteer of DinoTyme Productions, & the Institute for the Performing Arts, Bill has more than 30 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, education, entertainment and stage production and Nickelodeon Live, Disney, Sesame Street Live, Cedar Fair Entertainment, Six Flags, ABC/MTV/CBS and hundreds of stage shows. His vast knowledge with the Education, Film & Theatre Industries has given the creation of this conceptional Institute valuable resources and extensive insight and expertise. With many Broadcasting, Entertainment, Humanitarian and Charity Awards for his work to include the national Crystal Award for his audio production & creativity, Bill, also a certified Audiovisual Engineer from the Dept of Defense & is a Certified Broadcasting Educator from the Broadcaster's Mentoring Group and the Virginia Association of Broadcasters, is excited to bring his talent and passion of the arts to this prestigious up-coming Institute.
Bill has spent most of his adult life being a Producer, Entertainer, FX Artist & Audiovisual Engineer that served not only the corporate world but also in a variety of industries including Broadway Theater, national entertainment companies, the United Nation's Audiovisual Dept., radio and television companies and also the military and defense sectors. His technical experience and endless volunteering adds so much to the wide scope of this project along with his knowledge that has taught him an incredible understanding of the Educational & Entertainment Industries of today.
F/X Supervisor/Educator - Danielle Masterson
Danielle Masterson is our Emmy Award Nominated special effects make-up artist and is trained to create robust and impressive simulation effects for the theatrical, television and movie industries.
For years she's been the makeup F/X supervisor for an FX Lab in New York and has worked on many TV series and film projects for horror, drama & real-life shows/films. Her extensive experience has also brought her talents to the stage of many regional and off-broadway theatrical shows for makeup and visual effects. Danielle will be the Senior Instructor for Visual Effects and the F/X Supervisor for our incredible FX Lab and has already volunteered her time and talent to this incredible project.
Our Children's Author - Linda Guerrera
With much of her adult life behind a microphone as an on-air personality and voice-over artist, Linda has other credits to her name as well. She co-authored the book Cat Tales-True Love Stories, produced a weekly radio show for kids and won the New York State Broadcasters Award for one of her many creative pieces. Raising two children of her own, Linda also became involved in the world of Autism after learning that her youngest child was diagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum. Determined to make sure her son became a strong and independent adult, she learned how to help him find the keys to learning to help him with his education and with life. These are the experiences she draws from that led her to what she does for us here today. She will also teach Creative Writing in our school. ~ Linda is our writer of the future amazing Stage Show - Travel Through Time (www.TravelThroughTime.org)
Institute's Educational Advisor - Penny Rowley
Born and raised in Spotsylvania, Virginia and with an M.S in Elementary Education & additional gifted and administrative educational endorsements from Mary Washington College, her passion for helping children to grow developmentally and educationally is what she strives for every day inside of her 11 plus years of teaching. She was also a Title 1 resource teacher for students at risk in the areas of reading and math and was a gifted education resource teacher for students who needed differentiated instruction. She worked for Prince William County Public Schools as an Asst Principal, promoted from years of teaching 2nd & 3rd grade.

John Snead ~ Kelly Snead
Caroline Community Theatre was organized for the benefit of members of the community to provide education, entertainment and exposure to cultural experiences. The objective for our organization is to become a resource for both the residents and businesses in the area and to enrich the cultural depth and education of the community at large. Caroline Community Theatre strives to encourage community based cultural development and creative expression, as well as to provide entertainment for the community as a whole.
